Registration Forms, Guidelines, & Important Dates

 Registration Process
                         

RETURNING FAMILIES: If your personal information remains unchanged, you only need to submit the Class Selection Form and Contract for Payment at registration.

Registration and admin-facility fees are nonrefundable.

WHAT IS DUE AT REGISTRATION PER CLASS: 
  • Documents to print (see below)
  • One month tuition (nonrefundable) 
  • Book/lab/supply fees (nonrefundable)

WHAT IS DUE IN AUGUST:  $200/student Admin-Facility fee: cash only payment (Contact Terri White for payment options.)
                                                Enrolling 3 or more students/family? $100 admin discount per family.
A NOTE ABOUT OUR $200 Admin-Facility Fee: Some think this is too high.  However, if you add this fee to your annual tuition and divide by nine, you will discover that our fees are comparable to or lower than other private class venues.  ​


In order to register your family in classes for the upcoming school year, each family will need to print and sign the following forms in the links below:​

Tuition Fees and Schedule 
Class Selection Form – Print one form per students enrolling.

Family Information Form – Print one form per family.
T.E.A.C.H. Guidelines  – Read before signing the signature page.
Guidelines Signature Page - Print one per family and sign.
Release of Liability Form – Print one form per family.  Release of Liability must be signed by a parent/legal guardian
Administrative/Facility Fees  – Print and submit  (due in August)
Parent Contract for Payment - Print one copy & sign
Contract Waiver - Print one copy if the conditions on the form pertain to your student(s)


Bring these completed papers to registration, along with a checkbook or cash, to pay the course fees & materials/lab fees.  Student enrollment is not guaranteed unless registration fees are paid. For electronic payments, please check with individual teachers for options.
